Beginning with a few rounds of breath work, we will then proceed to a light meditation where we focus on each of the chakras in the body.
 
I will explain in detail to you and your party what the link between the singing bowls and the chakra system are. I will educate you on how to know if your chakras are blocked and teach you how to gently unlock them.
